I want to wish you good luck on finding a body, An original ww11 truck cargo body are very difficult to find and your looking for a tipper
this is going to make your search alot harder, but not impossiable so don't give up . Tippers are more common accross the pond, anyway good luck with your search

Guys....Army Driver had a Tipper Body for Sale.

Yeah I had seen that, and even e-mailed him...But it was to late, it's already been sold, besides I don't think my dad would let me drag him to Texas for it.

Is the date you have listed on your truck of Feb, 45 the DOD date on the data plate or the manufacture date? Just interested in late 45 trucks.

That's the delivery date as found on the plate beneath the dash and above the pedals. (it appears 2-45)
