He is selling his CCKW Tipper. It is located in Austria.
I know nothing about the truck and have no affilitation with the seller. All contact should be made directly with the seller and all information and statements about condition of ;the truck rest with the seller.
I'd say you are right there Jack, the stars are probably original. it looks like the winch is missing but for £1650 that's not a big problem. shame it's not closer.
That truck has been used but would clean up very nicely and could be a beautiful restoration with Army Corps of Engineers markings.

I agree Jim,used but by the looks of it no major rust or damage. all the lights are post war but that's to be expected with a truck which has seen euro service.
Jack I'm sure you could get it back to the UK for less than a grand,so I'd still say for £2600 it's not bad.
You keep your greasy mits off,I want it seriously though I'm sure you could find a UK haulier who would do it as a return load,I don't know anyone off the top of my head who would do it but let me think on that.
That truck is a freakin' Tipper. Most Tippers I have seen have had the daylights beat out of them. Look at the condition of the dump body. No major damage from large rocks and other junk. It even looks like the front fenders aren't dented.
She truly is a beauty body wise. The mechanicals may be another situation but for the money it is a heck of a deal.
Anyone talk to this owner yet?
I usually don't post for 3rd parties but I could not let a truck this nice get away without a member of our group getting a shot at it.
She will be a beauty for someone that really cares about these old trucks. Bill is right about that tipper body it is really in great shape.
