It is allegedly a WWII Lincoln 300 Welder powered by a 6 cylinder Hercules JXD engine. Engine Recently rebuilt, 6 volt Pos Ground, starts right up and runs super. Unfortunately the welder portion does not work...that is why it was for sale..
I bought it for the engine to use as a back up for my GE Searchlight.
Anybody know anything about these welders? Anyone have any info or a TM for them?
I have the Hercules and TM's (Searchlight) on the power plant. Just need stuff on the electrical part of the welder.
Anybody know if this unit was hauled around in a Ben Hur trailer?
