Neat truck. Not over done, just straight military stock.

I like the photo resolution. It is just fuzzy enough on the edges to make me look twice, is that 1943 or 2008 ???

Printed in black and white it would be really hard to tell.

Thank Dr.Deuce for the pictuer.

The GMC was delivery in 25 jun 1941, serial nr. 34026, reg nr.W450107 It was made 3990 CCKW B1 with winch and 1574 cab

GMC come to Norway in 1955 and worked at Sola airport in Stavanger.
It is equipment with brackets to tandem hitch in the front to connect two GMC together for hevy commissionsial, and have electrial breaking system to tow bofors anti-aircraft gun

In okt 1994 was the millitary auttion and the GMC was sold to a man in Mandel, the condition was good. I bought the GMC in 1999 and it was rusty and with missing parts. Today it live a easy life and only just in parads and WW2 meetings

Yours sincerely Roald Bykjelend

Great truck, Roald! I'm a bit curious, because my 352 is only 4550 units "away" (chassis # 38576). How did You find Your truck's hood number? Was it stamped on the nomeclature plate, or still painted somewhere? Does Your truck still have the original brake system with vacuum booster near LH chassis rail? My truck comes from Trondheim area.
