I have a NOS 34 minute 16mm Training Film, with sound, dated 4 March 44 from the Training Division, Holabird Signal Depot, Baltimore, MD.
The information in the can states "this film is a glorification of Fisk Tires, is commercially produced, and is about tire production. Road and Laboratory tests on tires and inner tubes are meticulousely explained."
It says "RESTRICTED" on the label. It is 16mm and is in sound. I have a studio twenty miles from here that will allow me to view the film and will copy it on VHS/CD for a fee. I gotta recover my costs, anyone interested if it shows WWII military Vehicles? They told me that a typical 11 minute VHS is $25-$30 plus the blank film, we have 34 minutes. I have no idea about CD. Money talks.

DVD should be about the same price as VHS but with higher quality and will last forever.

I will check out the DVD, I thought all disks were the same, I am not familiar with puters as you can see. Northeast Historic film is the place I am going. I am pressed for fun time. Can a DVD be copied? I have just under 30 bucks in this venture, and it may all be Civilian, even though it is a GI training film. I need about 10 days. Bill, I have not forgot the Ben Hur Wood. Life is a bitch lately, I have wasted most of every day since March fighting the most incompetant and corrupt VA Hospital in the US.
