I pulled a timken transfer case, any tips on rebuilding it? I know it needs seals, not yet sure on anything else. Anybody built a stand for one?

Mine has the corporation driveline, so I'm afraid I can't be of much help. Do you have the suitable TM that covers transfer case rebuild? (TM9-1801 is one of them)
From what I remember reading, there was quite a bit of setup involved using shims to keep all those tapered roller bearings happy.
