Its the new(ish) Oshkosh Close Support Tanker used by the British Army Logistic and Transport Regiments. Available in three flavors you can choose between:

15,000 litre Tactical Air Refueller
20,000 litre Close Support Tanker - Fuel, &
18,000 litre Close Support Tanker - Water.

Power unit is the same 12 litre Caterpillar C-12/445 bhp for each.

Optional extras offered include blast proof armour and a 7.62mm machine gun.
