Hole locations for a gen trailer

The trailer I am buying has been owned by the same individual since the 70's He bought it from his local fire department who received it from the US government with a genset installed. Here is a scan of the holes he found in the trailer.
He never saw the genset but I have sent him pictures of both the PE-95 and the PE-99. He said he would talk with a couple of the old timer fireman who would have and find out just what it had in it. I will let you know
