Need help identifying Wheel hub

More of my stash.
Anyone know what this wheel hub fits. I know what it does not fit.
Does not fit M-10 or Ben Hur as these trailers with brakes have bolt flanges on both sides. The drum bolts to one side and the wheel to the other.
It is a heavy duty 6 lug rim which takes a 20" wheel.
What trailer this size does not have a parking brake?
Could this too be for Artillery?
