Need help identifying Brake Drum

I have the following NOS brake drum.
Cosmoline wrap is indicative of a WWII part.
I am assuming it is for a trailer. Pretty beefy. Not for the Ben Hur as the BH is 6 lug. It is not for modern M-series (M101) as I have one and it does not match. Could it be for artillery? What uses a 5 lug wheel.
It is 11. 5 inches across where the brake shoes sit. Anyone have any idea what it is for.
