Master Cylinder reservoir filler cap

I'm looking for a master cylinder reservoir filler cap for my 1945 cckw. It is a plastic treaded cover and my caps "ears or tabs" are broken off making it nearly impossable to get the cap off. I had to take the floor out this time as I could not get it off thru the inspection hole.
