CCKW GAS CAN NOZZLE STORAGE BAG

I would like to find a NOS Canvas Storage Bag for the GI Can Nozzle that is attached to the RH Dashboard of late Open Cab CCKWs. Also would appreciate the dimensions of the metal backing plate that is inside the bag that reinforces it. It is most likely Rectangular in shape and will have two holes. I have the holes in my dash and would like to install one on my CCKW. I am only missing two cosmetic CCKW Factory items, and this will complete my CCKW. It has taken 23 years to get this far, so do not get discouraged if you have had your truck two years or less, and want all this stuff at once. Actually three items, as I have never bothered to install the Fire Extinguisher Bracket, it has been on a shelf with a NOS Brass Extinguisher in it for nearly 20 years.
