Hi I am new to this message bored and will be setting out to fix up a 2 1/2 ton GMC of my own soon. I have done a complete restoration of a half track (18 long years) from a farmers pile of you know what to award wining vehicle. I need a new project and will need help and advise from a lot of you 2 1/2 ton experts. So hear is thanks in advance for the encouragement and advise on my, make three DUKWs into one project. Welcome! Do you have a truck already that you are going to restore or are you looking? Good luck either way. It is good to see some more guys from California restoring CCKWs.

I just sent off the check today to get a DUKW hull, the one advertised in Military vehicles. With that hull, and the innards from another one, and the axles from a local DUKW I think I can come up with one. I will try to post pictures as I go. Thanks for the welcome. :D
