A little fun to have with the guys that just can't exist outside the G-503 world. In many states of the USof A it is illegal to drive a motor vehicle with the PAR 46 size WWII headlight bulbs, they do not pass motor vehicle inspection laws. That kind of puts a crimp on using G-503 Jeeps on the highway. Don't tell them who told you, but it can be confirmed in the motor vehicle inspection manuals. CCKWs don't have these little problems.

It is all kind of relative.
The Jeeps look like toys compared to a CCKW. I sometimes carry the GPW in the back of my cargo CCKW.
Yesterday at a July 4th parade, at one point I was nose to nose with an M35 w/w. It was reminesicent of when I had my 4 ton Diamond T. The M35 bumper would do right over my CCKW bumper and not even touch it and cream the grill.

M-35 Multifuels are out there like jellybeans, cheap, ready to run, not much restoration challange there, except how to drive one safely, as they are dangerous without proper driver training, the skills to repair one are challanging, and repairs can be expensive.
