The GMC CCKW

Heres a off the wall question for you. I am restoring and using M1937 Field Ranges..These were used in europe through atleast the early 90's by French, german, Dutch, etc..anybody know if any newer surplus parts are available across the big pond? Surely they were being maintained with replacement parts. I could use saftey valves, tubing, knobs, etc..
