I drove old Betty Boop around the neighborhood with flags flying then parked her in front ot the house for everyone to see. Small memorial to such an important event, but people waved or blew their horns in recognition. The only people that got upset were the golfers that were attempting to putt as I came roaring down the streed that runs through the golf course. I geve them a salute with my syrien (Sp)and they seem somewhat disturbed by my use of it.

Parked mine up outside the office and then everything went down hill as no one had a clue until they got a gentle reminder of what June 6 is all about.
Must say that I am very very dissapointed and embarrassed about that.
