I just received a complete NOS CCKW horn button kit with all parts, including wireing, spring, button and metal that I bought on Ebay. The funny thing to me is , it came from Memphis Equipment. I guess they found a way to get rid of some of their old CCKW stuff the easy way. It is really nice in an original with label. The box itself is a pretty neat display item. :D

Been there done that army , I got one from Joel long time ago, he still has a lot more nos ones left. saved on shipping to he delivered it  . If you own a cckw its nice to have a cckw parts store less than twenty miles away. And did I mention having a knowledgeable saleman that's a big plus  Joels forgot more about military vehicles than I will ever know :!:

That is a big plus. He should give you a big discount next time for the plug you gave him. I have the only running CCKW in South Texas and that is a large area. There are a lot of jeeps, a couple of half tracks and scout cars, one M8 armoured car, a couple of Dodge weapons carriers and command cars, but only one CCKW, so parts have to come from quite a ways off for me.

dI am not quite sure. A lot got used up in the oil industry and scrapped, some on ranches and farms. I found my truck abandoned in a sand quarry , but my feelings that they got shipped out of the area over time to the big Red River Arsenel up in N.E.Texas in Hooks, out of Texarkana and ended up being disposed of up there. ddi sure widh there were more CCKW owners around me so we could have more in paradesl At the Randolph Air Show there were five MB/GPW.s, an M37, a White half track and my CCKW. A convoy of small 1/4 ton trucks going onto the base with two pieces of heavy iron. :D
