It is amazing who one can meet on the internet. I won the bid on a 1943 CONCO jerry can and the guy is from Corinth , Texas. Come to find out he has a restored Canadian CMP . We are going to get together with our trucks for the upcoming 4th of July parade in Shertz, Texas. He is a re-inactor also complete with all of the British stuff needed . Oddly enough he had the truck within 15 miles of my house this past October for a big re-inactment in but I had missed it due to my heart attack. The price on the can was OK also. Only 15.00.
