Thanks for the thoughts and prayers Bill. Betty Boop is of course, the primary concern and is safely tucked away in a very safe location at the top of a hill( no flooding there)
Actually as this storm has moved east here in San Antonio, we will be in on the west side and will have very little effect from the storm. We are to have some thunderstorms and tropical force winds, but not the effects Houston, Galveston and of course Western Louisiana , which like New Orleans will be covered with water.
Thanks again for the thoughts and prayers. We , like our other poster friends in Texas are now taking in our neighbors to the east and offering safe haven from the storm. My daughters , who live in the Houston area arrived at my home last night with their precious cargos, my grandchildren. It was a wild night at my house.
