Does any know if they did a cckw gear box with a speedo drive from the gear box

All of the TMs and parts manuals that I have seen always show the speedometer being driven off of the transfer case.
I'm sure there were other applications for the Clark 204-VO transmission. One of them may have had a speedometer adapter - just not for one used on the CCKW.
