Greetings All!,
I spotted this trailer at a junk yard yesterday. (It tried to follow me home but the truck and trailer were loaded with a friends Chevy 1.5 ton Cargo that we we hauling for him....got to get a bigger trailer. )
It has a WWII style lighting receptacle, WWII style electric brakes, 5 bolt wheels. Although it did not have round fenders, but angled fenders. It was in nice shape but contains no data plates.
Can anybody tell me what model this trailer (specific or otherwise). I am assuming it was used by Signal Corps to stretch large diameter cable as it will accomidate large diameter cable reels.
If you have any in theater pictures please forward them on.
Bill

I smells Signal Corps, and slightly CE.
The Axle tells me that.

Do not be misled by the brakes and receptacle, still could be Post War.
