CCKW Hard Cab Door Parts

Trying to locate ferrules that fit in the door where door handle goes through, need 2 to replace missing ones on my doors, original part no' GM2112888 superseded by GM 2167934.
Would also be interested in scrap doors, if the ferrule could be cut out of panel, complete doors would also be fine if located in the U.K.
