SPARE TIRE CARRIER FABRICATED

I have reached pricing to duplicate the spare tire carrier and it will be shipping as follows:
Unit will be in pieces and purchaser will be required to weld unit up.
Parts included, is the tire plate, the truck mounting plate, lock, lock handle and handle support, 3 wheel studs (1 for the truck frame to bolt up carrier and 2 for the actual tire holder plate), hinge built into the plates, hinge pin and spacer plate for truck mounting.
Investment require based on less than ten being built is $465 plus $55 if you want it welded up.
If I can get ten ordered the cost would be $420 plus $45 if you want it welded up.
Terms: 100% downpayment and I would want to use paypal to protect both the buyer and seller during the transaction.
