A complete XTG-411 Brake Stall Tool Kit for the Military CCKW vehicles & post CCKW vehicles (I believe they are M-110 nomenclature).

Anyone know what this is? I realize that the auction has ended.

In general a Brake Stall Test is one where an known tractive effort can be "withheld" by a known amount of breaking effort.

It is used commonly on railway engines to determine brake efficiency, where typically 25-30% of the engines power can be applied before the train moves.

I guess its our military equivalent on assessing vehicle brake performance ? Just my take.
