N.O.S. 1940-41 GMC 256 Block For Sale

Post by Hardbird »

Hello,

I have a NOS standard bore GMC 256 bare engine block for sale. It has a block casting number of GMC 2103619. This has the main bearing caps and bolts, and has the cam bearings installed (this makes this a GMC part #GM 2133618 bare block with cam bearings from what I have been told by a GMC expert).

This block is very similar to the GMC 270 (same bore), but has a shorter deck height.

This block is for the 1940 AFWX 354 3-Ton 6X4 truck, the 1940 ACKWX 353 3-Ton 6X6 truck, and the 1940 AFKWX 352 3-ton 6X6 truck. It could possibly be for other GMC military and non-military truck applications as well.

Here are links to what these trucks look like if you are curious:

If anyone has one of these rare trucks (or even knows someone that does) and needs a great condition, ready to use block, please contact me via PM, email, or phone.

This would make a great spare block to have just in case you need it some day!

If you want pictures sent by email, let me know.

Does anyone here know of anybody that actually owns one of these rare trucks? If so, please send me a PM with some contact information.

Thanks,
