I frequently commute through an area of Hampshire (UK) known as Bramshot Chase. It is remembered locally for the concentration of Canadian Troops that were billeted there through both world wars, and for the sacrifices they made.

A new road system is being developed in the area and I am pleased to record that the memory of the area and the Canadians especially is being kept alive. Our local press has covered the road building and recently printed the following:

A Google of Bramshot(t) Chase + Canadian will provide much reading.

Its history on my doorstep.
