That the Four Carriage Bolts that hold the Latches for the Lazy Back Troop Seats are a special Splined Carriage bolt. The holes must be drilled tight using a 5/16" Drill Bit so that the splines will grip the wood.

I have them, they are hard to get . Mine will have to be shortened as they are are a little long. I get $2.00 Each plus Postage in the USof A.
