hi phil here from west mids uk.
iv,e just bought my first jimmy a cckw353. could you tell me what the top speed should be and at what speed is best to travel at, some say dont go over 40mph. is there a difinitive answer or are they all different. mine is feb 1945.

38 to 40 MPH is usually where they run best.
