CCKW Hard Cab Question

Hi

Trying to find a parts picture of a closed cab, where its possible to indentfi the cab parts that were available, I have a parts book but only shows the open cab in this way although all the closed cab parts are listed in the text.
Can anyone help without the expense of a manual?
