Tire Diameters?

Can somebody tell me what the actual outside diameter of the 7.5 x 20 and the 9x 20 tires?

Does the 7.5 and 9 refer to the width from rim to rim or from rim to outside (largest) diameter?

How much more clearance does the 9 x 20 tires need?

I am making a new rounded fender and need to know what my radius needs to be to clear the tires.

I don't know the exact diameter, but I can check in the morning. I know that the 9 x 20 is about 1 inch taller than the 8.25 x 20. I don't know if I have a 7.50 x 20, but I'll check...

Don't worry about it. This is an old post and I have my truck now. I can just measure them myself.
