There are 5 each 10-32 x 1/2" Round Head Phillips type screws. Hex Nuts and split lockwashers go on the back side. This is the panel that the Speedometer and Gauges mount onto. GM Part Number for the screws is 160046, in case you want to check for yourselves.

I got mine from my collection of Jeep factory M-38A1 screws I bought back in the 70s.

The M-Series Jeeps had many unique screws that matched the CCKW. Many had Ordnance part numbers that were the same.

And remember, the Open Cab Gauges were AC with a stewart Warner or AC Speedometer. The screws are a pain to install on the RH side as they are in a tight place. It is easier to remove the speedometer and then Inatall /Remove the panel mounting screws. the speedometer is easy to remove/install because of the wing nuts that hold it to the clamping bracket.
