Vin #s ?? What cckw do I have??

I recently purchased a 1943 CCKW 353 and at one time the cab was green and then blue painted over it or vice versus,,It has Air National Guard on doors..My Title has the 1st 4 digits as USAF which I would find hard to believe,,,,Vin on tag under dash doesnt match #s on title??? Stranger yet the ol boy I bought it from has the van box for it as well which Im going to purchase separably,,I have plate pics of van box too,,,none of it makes any sense??Anyone have any ideas?? Im new here so trying to figure out how this whole forum thing works,,Thanks,,,,can send pics if that might help
