CCKW SWB Closed Cab For Sale... ****SOLD****

After a long thought period I have decided to sell my 1942 352. I just have too many vehicles to restore in my lifetime and the truck will turn into a pile of rust before I get to it.

The trucks is a 352 with splits. It is a very restoreable piece but will require a moderate amount of work to get it to a motor pool condition.

Known problems: It is missing the front PTO output (winch) that sits on the side of the case. It is also missing the winch prop shaft. There are 6 wheels and tires but I question whether all the wheels are road worthy. I have never started (or tried to start) the vehicle. Some of the bed stake pockets need to be replaced...repros can be had from VOV. Unknown what else it needs.

It is a nice truck but will need some time to get it restored.

It is located at a friends house in Raymond NH. Was dropped off on the Flatbed that is pictured. I will only sell this to a collector and retain the right to refuse anyone purchase.

Price is $2500 firm as is where is.

Bill

She is a real beauty Bill and I can truly say, I wished I lived closer and I would buy her for restoration. . In todays world the freight would be too much from there to Texas.
I know you will make sure she goes to a good home. :D

Truck for Sale

Post by jds15151 »

Hey AD,

I'll split the freight with you and voluntarily store it for us up here in central Texas! How's retirement treating you? Yes it's a shame about the price of gas right now, guess we'll never see a dollar or less a mile again.

Sorry for the slow response JDS but my lot in life has changed drastically. I retired and died, twice during a knee replacement operation. i am just recovering from all of that trauma.
I cant take on anoher project right now.
