Found this over the weekend.

1940 Chevy COE Fire Truck. LWB. Most went into Navy Fire Fighting Service. Very Rare.

This is a basket case and needs alot of work....

Weasel Nut,

That thing is so ugly it screams take me home. The third headlight is worth the whole thing. You would be the only guy on your block with one.

Could be really neat redone. As if you need any more encouragment from the rest of us.

You are correct.

I would be the only guy living under the Interstate over pass in a refer box with one once my Supreme Allied Commander saw it come into the yard...The question is how to get power for my compressor at that location.

Can you imagine seeing that three eyed critter coming at you on a dark gravel road in the 1940's. That thing is so ugly it needs someone to love it Bill. That is a must own and he who found it must take it home or forever be cursed.

Hell, even from way out here in Iraq I can see that truck is WAY COOL!!!
