Nice looking truck. What do the front bumper markings signify?

thanks for appreciation,

the red siren is the badge of II Polish Corps
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/II_Corps_(Poland)

the number stands for Carpathian Uhlan/Lancer Regiment (Divisional Reconnaissance) consisting mainly of Staghounds and Half Tracks (http://i.imgur.com/dBeUj.jpg) and GMC for transport

the day picture was taken it was -12 degree Celsius, very refreshing drive indeeed

best regards
Jakub
