hello all,
My name is Berni & I am now the proud owner of a 1944 GMC 353.
that brings the total jimmys in our Glos & bristol area to 14.

Hopefully we can outnumber the jeeps at our National MVT show in June.
We also own a British 1940 bedford MW & a Russian URAL motorcycle & sidecar combination.
i come from Gloucester England and am very heavily involved in the Military vehicle world
no doubt I shall be calling on some of your expertise in the near future so please keep your manuals & knowledge to hand.
cheers
berni

Hi Berni and welcome to the wonderful world of the CCKW! looks like a nice truck,ex Norwegian at a guess? the FF plate is actually my local reg prefix, when an age related plate is issued they use either Welsh or Scotish areas, must have a surplus of them.

Cheers,

Matt.

Hi Berni.

Good to see you here.............have we met before?

That is a fine looking truck, wait to you get to drive it...........a real buzz!

If you want to know about GMC's then this is the place to ask.

Best wishes.

Jack.

jack,, jack,,hmm i think i recal that name from somewhere.
she was first registered in 1994 but I love the reg 'OFF'.
We get her picked up on Saturday from the field in to the barn so she will be warm & dry for the first time in 10 years.. A friend has a REO with a crane so although she will have the indignity of hitching up her skirts for the journey home she will be pleased at having an extreme make over when she gets here.
I'll keep you posted
