I looked at this truck over a year ago and he wanted 14,000 and wouldn't move so it will be interesting to see what it goes for.

It is a fishing expedition....

Would anyone here buy a car/truck for over $10K (me being a cheap bastard way less than that) without seeing it in person and running/driving it?

The seller is using the worldwide advertising power of ebay for less than $30.

He knows unless a "sugar daddy" comes along that he won't get the $14K. What he will get is some off ebay negotiation and maybe a decent price...though less.

Good marketiing idea!....of course I would never do anything like that 8)

I agree that it's a very nice looking truck and I know only too well the costs involved in restoring a CCKW so from that point of view I can see where $14,000/£8500 comes from,BUT given the choice of this truck or the CCKWX from Manny Rogers for $10,000 I know which I'd choose.....

There are still good solid CCKW's to be found in Europe for under $5000,but they are getting fewer and prices are on the rise.

Hi Matt
