It is a nice looking truck for the current money....$850 From the questions it looks like it has jib poles too.

I am guessing it was a pole setter with the rear winch and underseat fuel tank.

It has a PTO driven winch in the back

The pole setter or Auger had the special xfer case that drove both the winch and/or the auger.

Also, if it was one of the telco trucks, it would have the winch lever next to the door. It is interesting to get in and out....
