I would say in the condition it is in it is priced correctly right now.

You have to figure that a new tarpaulin is $400 alone.

If it went to $800 it would still be a deal.

My guess is that the reserve is $1000. He wants a $500 deposit which is usually half of what "he" has priced it at.

If it doesn't hit reserve and you still want it make sure your contact him direct to negotiate.
