The owner don't seam to know much or how to get one :?

Hi Mick,

Tell us a bit more and we can fill you in on what the paperwork options are. Vehicle title rules in the U.S. vary from State to State. I've been involved in the Title and Registration issues with the MVPA legislative commitee.

Were is the truck now (What state) and what is the history?
We'll go from there.

The vehicle is a Dodge WC26 on eBay, item number 260948824854 in JEFFERSON, TX.
I had a good price to pick it up and ship it over to the UK, I have talked to the guy selling it but the title thing sound like it could be a problem.

Bill has just sent me this link http://autos.savvy-cafe.com/obtain-your ... 007-08-17/.
I will have to have a good read later tonight.
