Help wanted in shipping from the USA

I was wondering if anyone of the forum members would be as kind as to help me with securing an Item on ebay...The guy will only ship to the lower 48 US states and I'm after some one who would act as the go between and send the item (A small Carburator) on to me. The carb is for my Polsten Quad that I tow behind the GMC 352.
I would bid on the item and if won would require an address in the US in which to ship it too, I would then need it shipped to me in the U.K all of which I would cover your expenditure.
