4th of July parade in Shertz , Texas

Post by armydriver »

if any of you guys happen to be in the San Antonio area on the 4th of July y9ou are welcomed to ride in my truck, or bring your own. It is a great parade in a small town atmosphere with lots of patriotism and military aircraft flyovers during the parade.

The parade went great. It was hot so I removed the top and we lay the windshield down for at least some breeze, however small that is at 2MPH :D . I will send a photo to Bill as the old truck, Betty Boop won 1st place in the most Patroitic catagory. I had 5 other veterans beside myself in the truck from WWII to a young fellow just out of Army basic training that was headed to Fort Cambell for Air Assult training with the 101st.
