Weare 2006!

July 27-29, 2006 (Thursday-Saturday)

Vendors who need a campsite in addition to their vendor space(s) on the field will be charged for a camp space too: ( $25 for camping and $25 per flea market space )

Fees will remain the same from last year with the exception of Flea Market vendors needing a camping space too: $25 for a camping space. $25 for a flea market space. Five dollars for a single day display pass for an HMV. This includes a dash plaque.

We will utilize the bus again on Saturday and will ask for a $2 donation to offset the bus cost. Only people attending the rally will be allowed to drive down to the field on Saturday morning. All visitors not having a valid handicapped sign/plate will be required to take the bus.
A token will be issued to each flea market vendor to enable them to lend it to a customer buying items so that they may drive onto the field on Saturday morning to pick up purchased parts. Vendors must collect the token from the buyer.

No one will be allowed onto the field before Thursday at 9 AM UNLESS you are an MVMVC club member who is working at/on the rally. The gate will be locked before then. Vendors and campers please note this change.
Members helping to run the rally will get a complimentary Saturday Banquet meal ticket
