CCW Frame Number Decode

Would like to find out what the frame number digits mean and what the hood serial number would have been for my new CCW Duece.
On passenger side over axle.
CCW353 I4 408
On drivers side above and forward of axle.
4303226 521-44
R-65-AF
S800
On cab tag just above voltage regulator.
I608-69334

Hi Kirk,
Sorry about the long delay in someone giving you the answer.

"CCW353 14408" is your trucks serial number. This puts your truck in the last contract for CCW.
"4303226 521-44" was stamped when the truck was rebuilt. 4303226 is your hood number and 5-21-44 is probably the date the rebuild was completed .
"R-65-AF" & "S800" are probably the location and the job number of the rebuild.
