The GMC CCKW

Hello I have just had a gun ring delivered with the 3 poles, ring, skate, gun mount, and a steel bracket bolted to one of the poles with holes drilled in it. Does any body have any plans how these go togeather, one of the poles is longer than the other two. Its being fitted to my GMC 353 cargo open cab. Thanks Howard
