Mobile Machine Shop Van

Post by Cat Man »

Does anyone have a photo or TM page that shows the bench top metal shaper machine installed in one of the CCKW machine shop variants? I'm rebuilding an Atlas 7B shaper that was reported to be one of the models supplied to ORD in WWII.

Thanks

I have a picture of a lathe, grinder being used. I will have to look closer at the over 1000 negs I inherited and in process of scanning
March 1941 Dodge WC 9
August 1941 Dodge WC 12
May 1941 American Highway K38 Signal Corps Trailer x2 12 serial numbers apart
1943 John Wood M3a4 Handcart
1943 Willys NOM-12 USMC radio Jeep tub going to restore as radio jeep
1944 Willys Holden USMC Ambulance tub going to restore back as ambulance
May 1945 G518 Ben Hur

There was a bunch more in the past

Great! Please keep me in mind. I would like to see the lathe picture. We have a Sheldon 10" Ex Military lathe that is Ord marked. I am told they were one of the suppliers for the mobile shop vans also.
