Who can tell me where I can find tires for my early CCKWX in US or Europe ? Not classics military tires but special for early military truck like Scout car or CCKWX, you know ?

If your talking about "directional" or "Chevron" tread patterns.... good luck as they are not in current production and future production will most likely never happen.
