That's a nice looking truck and the photo looks like it could have been taken in France in 1944, with the stone house as a backdrop.

Hi Barry,
Thanks for the compliments. This HMV event takes place each year at Jefferson Barracks in St Louis. Many of the buildings were built in the 1850's and 1860's. It does look like France 1944 doesn't it!
