planning to buy a radioshelter

Hi guys

Iam planning to buy a radioshelter! Is there a way to indentify them
as an original one or as a postwar. what are differences?? pictures would help a lot. Anyone has inside dimensions?

I'd say the most common is the HO-17, and those are kinda rare.

I have been looking for one for years and have not even seen a junk one , let alone one for sale

Well I also thought they where rare, but overhere I already got some
offers. One is even fairly complete with the radios.

The others not, but the sheetmetal needs a lot of attention on most
of the shelters.

must be nice, theres probably only 3 examples here in the states.
and the only complete one is owned by mike howard at liberty autos.
