Can anyone Identify the item on the front Bumper of this CCKW?? What else has been added to the bumpers/fendersthat you've seen . I've seen a vice attached before.

did you find out what the item was to me it looks like a refueling pipe as some gmc,s were tankers and a cargo top to dicise them
